State v. Jackson

Superior Court of Delaware, New Castle

May 16, 2013

STATE OF DELAWARE
v.
REGINALD D. JACKSON, Defendant.

Upon Defendant's "Motion for Amendment of Postconviction Relief, " or "Motion for Reconsideration, " and Motion for Appointment of Counsel – DENIED.

Kathleen M. Jennings, Deputy Attorney General

Reginald D. Jackson, Defendant

FINAL ORDER

Fred S. Silverman, Judge

1. On April 16, 2013, the court summarily dismissed Defendant's fourth Motion for Postconviction Relief. The order of dismissal specifically addressed Defendant's Martinez v. Ryan claim.

2. Today, the court docketed various pleadings from Defendant including requests for subpoenas and for reconsideration. Reconsideration is unwarranted and the subpoena requests are moot.

3. As far as this court is concerned, there is now no open matter before the court. Accordingly, the court considers this motion finally decided, and the Prothonotary's file is being transferred to the Supreme Court of Delaware.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
